I want to change my password
To change your password, please go to the following link:

You will require your current username and password in order to do this.
I can't log in - what should I do?
You will need to email us on support@skypay.co.uk.
What do I do if I can't remember my logins?
Logins can only be issued to the authorised email address on the account.

Using this system keeps your account secure and maintains the integrity of your data. We cannot issue logins over the phone.
Can't you do it for me?
You control your account - authorized use of this account is how we ensure your wishes are accurately carried out. Skypay staff are not allowed to action client requests without written consent, for your protection.
What about data protection?
We will always try to help where we can, but there are some pieces of information too sensitve to be handed over without serious safeguards.

All too often data protection laws are overused, and are often simply a justification to needlessly obstruct the customer. However, in our industry they form a vital part of the security systems designed to protect you.

We will not hand out any information about your account to a third party. Unfortunately sometimes the third party might be you, but unless we know for sure that is the case, we will always err on the side of caution. Your account and the contents are simply too important for us to take risks.
